If any of you would like to get some relaxed family shots in a outdoor environment like a park, nice garden, seaside etc taken over the next few weeks and are happy for the a few of the images to be used in my portfolio, let me know! (you will be consulted on which images and your wishes are paramount). I’m looking to beef out my portfolio in this area (I have done a lot in this area but it was for another photo company and as such I cant use any of it in my portfolio), shots might include parents and kids playing, your kids playing, pets with family, fun shots, building sand castles at the beach, very relaxed and informal photography.
I’m offering a reduced price offer of 120 euro where I will travel within the Dublin/Wicklow region and give you all the high quality images on disk, leaving you free to do any prints you wish with whomever you wish at no extra cost. Obviously I do offer prints, canvas and books if you wish that are fairly and not insanely priced. I dont have to tell you how much this package would cost with most portrait photography firms!
The shoot can last up to an hour, plenty of time to get some great shots!
If you are interested, drop me an email on .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call me on 086 0265873. This offer applies until the end of May, but please call ASAP if you are interested as we are into wedding season now and things are getting very busy!

For a limited time I am making available some shots I took of U2 during their 360 tour. These are limited edition prints that I took with an official press pass allowing me to photo the band.

I was very pleased to get the feedback below on the Weddings Online Forums this morning:
Here is a transcript and a link to the original post:
Ok, had my wedding in September and always said I would do feedback (good or bad) on all my suppliers after the event. Better late than never I suppose So I’m starting with my photographer Peter Neill:
Peter is based in Dublin but travels nationwide. Actually Peter was recommended to me by another Wollie on this site.
His prices are great compared to other photographers and his work is fantastic. I got a photobook style album which I absolutely love and include 85 photos of the day - I got quoted twice the price for the same package from some other photographers. You can see a sample of his work on his website:
He travelled to my home to meet me a couple of months before the wedding and he went through everything with me. I found him extremely professional and obliging. I gave Peter a list of all the photos I wanted - I was not disappointed. He missed nothing on the day. In fact, he gave me all 500 or so photos on cd do use as I wish - this does not happen with a lot of other photographers.
Peter arrived in Co. Clare the night before our wedding. I brought him to the location that I wanted most of the posed shots taken. He arrived at the house at 11am the following morning to take the preparations. He then went to the church at 1pm to take the guys before the ceremony (started at 2pm). I actually had 2 locations after the church where I had photos taken and Peter was very happy to do that. We were still back at the hotel only an hour or so after the church and had gotten all the shots I wanted. He then took mostly candid shots in the hotel for the drinks reception, meal and stayed well into the latter hours when the dancing started. I have had numerous guests mention to me on how great they thought Peter was on the day. It never felt like it was just another day or another job for him. I think Peter really enjoyed himself which puts everyone at ease and it shows in the photos.
I received 5 copies of a DVD slideshow he put together to music, 5 copies of the cd of all of the photos he took on the day and a photobook style album. Peter was doing a special offer at the time so I got this package for €1100 (including travel). Although his normal price was also very good.
From my experience with Peter I would definitely reccommend him to anyone looking for a reasonably priced photographer without having to compromise on quality of work and a more limited package with someone else.
Feel free to pm me for more info.

I was shooting Emma O’Driscoll (from The Den and Six) recently in aid of a wonderful charity called Baby Max. Here is one of the shots.
